Please read carefully before you select one of the following options:
Security of your personal income tax information is a serious concern for both you and us. We have taken steps to protect your personal income tax information. In doing so, we have chosen to use use a software encryption process called PGP, otherwise known as "Pretty Good Privacy" to protect and secure the income tax data during electronic transmission to our Clearing House. PGP operates on a "public key/private key" system. You will be given our "public key", in a tax file which you will download from this Web Site, which anyone can use to
"encrypt" a message and email to our address. We are the only holder of the "private key" which is the only key that can decrypt the message.
* - We accept computerized tax files in IBM-format only, Apple/MacIntosh is not supported within our system.

Fees for Service
- Instructions for Option 1. You will prepare your own income tax return, using your own CANTAX software, and then send the tax file, preferably by email, to us for Electronic Filing to Revenue Canada on your behalf. Your tax file will likely show up under the file name of XXXXXXXX.X97 in your PC's directory.
- Instructions for Option 2. You will complete basic summary and then send us the summary, preferably by email, and we will complete the tax return preparation. We will both provide you with a copy of your tax return, and, upon receipt of a signed T-183 Electronically File your tax return to Revenue Canada on your behalf, as above.
Instructions for Payment: Methods of payment include Credit Card Numbers, Personal Cheque or Money Order.
